There are several places on this planet that contain factual and verifiable evidence of an ancient nuclear war and possibly more then one.   Perhaps the most unusual recorded evidence comes to us from India in the form of ancient writings, one or two in documents particular known as “Mahabharata” tells the story of a war that took place in that part of the world:

…(it was) a single projectile
Charged with all the power of the Universe.
An incandescent column of smoke and flame
As bright as the thousand suns
Rose in all its splendor…

..it was an unknown weapon,
An iron thunderbolt,
A gigantic messenger of death,
Which reduced to ashes
The entire race of the Vrishnis and the Andhakas.

..The corpses were so burned
As to be unrecognizable.
The hair and nails fell out;
Pottery broke without apparent cause,
And the birds turned white.

After a few hours
All foodstuffs were infected…
…to escape from this fire
The soldiers threw themselves in streams
To wash themselves and their equipment.

Until the early 1940′s no one had ever witnessed an atomic blast.  No one had ever seen the destruction caused by such a weapon, and most certainly no one could have described the event in any realistic way yet here in these ancient writings from India is a detailed account of just such an event and the results.  In the original writing about this war it was said to have taken place in October 5561 BC (7500 years ago).

Several historical records claim the Indian civilization has been around for tens of thousands of years.   Until 1920, all the “experts” agreed that the origins of the Indian civilization should be placed within a few hundred years of Alexander the Great’s expedition to the continent in 332 BC.   Since that time several great cities like Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro (Mound of the Dead), Kot Diji, Kalibanga and Lothal have been discovered and excavated.    “Lothal” a former port city that is now several miles from the ocean, was discovered in Gujarat (western India) just in the late 20th century.    These discoveries have forced the archaeologists to push back the dates for the origin of the Indian civilization by thousands of years (in line with what the Indians themselves have stated all along).

The story begins when a layer of radioactive ash was found in Rajasthan, India.   It covered a three-square mile area, ten miles west of Jodhpur. The research occurred after a very high rate of birth defects and cancer was discovered in the area.   The levels of radiation registered so high on investigators’ gauges that the Indian government cordoned off the region. Scientists then apparently unearthed an ancient city where they found evidence of an atomic blast dating back thousands of years:  from 8,000 to 12,000 years.  The blast was said to have destroyed most of the buildings and probably a half-million people.
Archaeologist Francis Taylor stated that etchings in some nearby temples he translated suggested that they prayed to be spared from the great light that was coming to lay ruin to the city.   “It’s so mind-boggling to imagine that some civilization had nuclear technology before we did. The radioactive ash adds credibility to the ancient Indian records that describe atomic warfare.”

Archaeologists have found evidence in India and Pakistan that some cities were destroyed by atomic explosions.  When excavations of “Harappa” and “Mohenjo-Daro” reached the street level, they discovered skeletons scattered about the cities, many holding hands and sprawled in the streets as if some instant, horrible doom had taken place.   “People were just lying, unburied, in the streets of the city”.   And these skeletons are thousands of years old.   Why did the bodies not decay or get eaten by wild animals?   And there is no apparent cause of a physically violent death.

*   In the great desert of Libya  Pieces of  Glass weighing as much as 16 pounds have been found in an oval area measuring approximately 130 by 53 kilometers.   The clear-to-yellowish-green pieces are concentrated in sand-free corridors between north-south dune ridges.

*   The origin of this immense deposit of glass has been attributed by some to ancient nuclear explosions and alien activities.   There is NO evidence of a meteor impacting this area to cause this glass to exist.   It is however a known and accepted fact that atomic blasts can and do produce Glass from the sand over which the blast has occurred.    When the first atomic bomb exploded in New Mexico, the desert sand turned to fused green glass.

*   Thirteen nuclear reactors existed in “prehistoric” periods along the 200-metre mine bed at Oklo — it was discovered in 1972, and they were comparable to the modern nuclear reactor in power and heat combustion.
This mine had the capability of enabling self-sustained nuclear chain reactions”.  This discovery shocked the entire scientific community back in 1972.”

*   The most numerous vitrified remains in the New World are located in the western United States.   In 1850 the American explorer Captain Ives William Walker was the first to view some of these ruins, situated in Death Valley.   He discovered a city about a mile long, with the lines of the streets and the positions of the buildings still visible.   At the center he found a huge rock, between 20 to 30 feet high, with the remains of an enormous structure atop it.   The southern side of both the rock and the building was melted and vitrified.   Walker assumed that a volcano had been responsible for this phenomenon, but there is no volcano in the area.   In addition, tectonic heat could not have caused such a liquefaction of the rock surface.

*   One of the strangest mysteries of ancient Egypt is that of the great glass sheets that were only discovered in 1932.   In December of that year, Patrick Clayton, a surveyor for the Egyptian Geological Survey, was driving among the dunes of the Great Sand Sea near the Saad Plateau in the virtually uninhabited area just north of the southwestern corner of Egypt, when he heard his tires crunch on something that wasn’t sand.    It turned out to be large pieces of marvelously clear, yellow-green glass.    In fact, this wasn’t just any ordinary glass, but ultra-pure glass that was an astonishing 98 per cent silica.

*   One of the great mysteries of classical archeology is the existence of many vitrified forts in Scotland.
There are said to be at least 60 such forts throughout Scotland. Among the most well-known are Tap o’Noth, Dunnideer, Craig Phadraig (near Inverness), Abernathy (near Perth), Dun Lagaidh (in Ross), Cromarty, Arka-Unskel, Eilean na Goar, and Bute-Dunagoil on the Sound of Bute off Arran Island.  Another well-known vitrified fort is the Cauadale hill-fort in Argyll in West Scotland.
One of the best examples of a vitrified fort is Tap o’Noth, which is near the village of Rhynie in northeastern Scotland.  This massive fort from prehistory is located on the summit of a mountain of the same name which, being 1,859 feet high.  At first glance it seems that the walls are made of a rubble of stones, but on closer look it is apparent that they are made not of dry stones but of melted rocks!  What were once individual stones are now black and cindery masses, fused together by heat that must have been so intense that molten rivers of rock once ran down the walls.

*   The area of Puma Punku high in the mountains of Peru shows itself to be in a state of chaos indicative of a violent explosion.  It has been theorized that the nature of the area does demonstrate the results of an enormous explosion (one or more) because it seems that nothing known to man at this time could do the damage and move the structures in such a fashion as we see in the area.

If your research the information available from the ancient records of Sumer (now Iraq), both those that were left behind by the Annunaki and those written buy the ancient scribes there is a direct accounting of a nuclear war in which 7 nuclear bombs were deployed at places around the Earth.  Zachariah Sitchin was a world famous author until his death in 2010.   He is famous for his interpretation of the ancient cuneiform writings of the Sumerian culture.   In these ancient writings is a complete history of early Mankind and the alien teachers who established their own civilization on Earth and ruled over the Earth and its populations for several hundred thousand years.   History now reveals that the Sumerian’s were the first people to have many of the disciplines and sciences we enjoy today.  They knew more about the planets and the solar system 13,000 years ago then we do.   They knew and practiced medicine, understood and practiced agriculture, animal husbandry, geology, geometry, mining, building (and yes they did build many of the megalithic structures we are presently rediscovering in the world.  In fact many of the claims stated in the ancient records are being proven today.

It is essential to understand that the olden gods were of one family, came to earth over time and divided the land and seas according to their delight.  Each land upon the Earth was in time ruled over by one or more of the gods of antiquity, and as the record shows the family did not always get along, and in fact had many disputes  to the extent that the highest of them, a ruler of their own world had to come to Earth on more then a few occasions to straighten everything out with his “children”.

One of the books that you might want to read to understand more about the issues I have place before you is titled:  “The Book of Enki”  (by, Zachariah Sitchin)   Consider that this book is taken from the ancient records of Sumer, it was written many thousands of years ago by a scribe for the Lord Enki (one of the original founders of the Annunaki civilization on Earth).

In the study of ancient history and research into the many megalithic structures that exist on every part of this planet there are 4 or 5 specific facts that continuously arise;  That the ancient world structures and cities seem to have been built at or around the same time in history – the method of building the structures, no mater where found, is almost identical – There is global evidence that a nuclear war of devastating proportions did take place on this planet (that the war was global not local) – that soon after the nuclear war the Earth suffered from a great flood which changed the face of the Earth forever by burying some cities under hundreds of feet of ocean water, and by rearranging the Earths physical surface most probably as a result of both the nuclear war damage, subsequent Earth movements (earthquakes and physical upheaval and relocation) and the damage caused by a world wide oceanic flood.

I should point out here that I do not use Mr. Sitchin’s specific works for the information I post here on this site.   I mention him only as another voice speaking for past history.   There are of course many people, some who appear to be learned even holding high academic degrees and clergy, people who are in fact threatened by this knowledge because as such it destroys their personal illusion of a world they do not know and in truth care nothing about.   You will find in my writings that I am not kindly toward such people because I believe them to be frauds and afraid of the truth and what it will expose, which is why this type of  people overtly seek to debunk or dismiss or belittle ancient knowledge.

These are the very people who demand, beyond all  reason and evidence to the contrary that the Earth was created in 4004 BC, as if God created the Universe in accordance with a calendar that was itself not created until the year 1582 AD.   Ignorance is always outdone by arrogance.

One of the main reasons I mention the fact that Earth did suffer from a nuclear war in its distant past is to identify “who created this war and why.”  We know from the written history of the Sumerians (now Iraq) that their mentors and teachers, the Annunaki, most probably were the beings that “threw the first punch” but at who?   We are told, “the gods fought among themselves” and used weapons that boggle the mind.  But why?   What would cause such a war to begin or such weapons to be used?  Who exactly was the enemy here?  Why would the Annunaki destroy all they had so long in time and with such effort built?   Was there another alien group present with similar ideas of colonizing the planet.   Were the waring factions two aliens groups that could not decide to share this planet.

I believe the answer to these last few questions are the keys to what happened on Earth prior to the last ice age…  that it was not a single meteor that destroyed the dinosaurs but a series of bombs, nuclear weapons so powerful as to be continent destroyers.   The ice age that ensued was an outcome, a sideline of the nuclear winter that progressed on the Earth just after that great war.
